Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. Cancellation requests are subject to order status.
Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in cases of approved cancellations before shipment or valid return requests for damaged or incorrect products.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
